We're a small, busy operation in the heart of Douglas Village. On any given night we're serving hundreds of customers, and our kitchen moves fast. If you thrive under pressure, take pride in your work and want to be part of something with real history behind it, we'd love to hear from you.

We hire for kitchen roles only. Experience is welcome but not always essential - what matters most is attitude, reliability and a willingness to work hard in a fast-paced environment. You'll be joining a tight team that knows what it's doing and does it well, night after night.
